Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Certainly! We offer a cancellation option for immediate order cancellations within a limited timeframe of 1-2 days after purchase. If you change your mind within this period, kindly contact us, and we will gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund upon receiving your request.

Am I able to change my shipping address?

Yes, absolutely! If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us promptly. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or amend the order details.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item in your order, kindly reach out to us and provide an image of the product received. Our team will thoroughly investigate the matter and assist you accordingly.

There is a missing item from my order. How should I proceed?

If you receive your order and notice that an item is missing, please be aware that some orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate packages due to size and weight limitations imposed by our courier. In such cases, you should receive an email with individual tracking numbers for each package. If you have any concerns about a missing item, please contact us for further assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Flyminator. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the option to return or exchange the item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@flyminator.com. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization. Kindly provide your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange in your email. Our customer service representatives will then provide you with detailed instructions via email on how to proceed.

What is the return or exchange process?

  • Step 1: For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase that have not yet been shipped, a full refund will be offered.
  • Step 2: Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation request. In such cases, please apply for a return after receiving the package.
  • Step 3: Generally, you can expect to receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. If you haven't received a refund within 30 days, please contact us via email.

Payment

Can I use multiple promotional codes on my order?

Unfortunately, our system allows the use of only one promotional discount per individual order.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The processing time for your order begins from the date of purchase. Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order before it can be shipped. Once processed, we will promptly dispatch your order. Please allow us 3-5 working days to send out your order after you have confirmed it.

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your order through USPS.
