Bad customers service. I’ve left a message and emailed them for returning the products. They’re never returned my respond!

I tried one flyminator in five different locations--kitchen counters and on my porch which has loads of plants and gnats. Not a single catch. Everything was working fine except I still saw gnats and or fruit flies fying around but not in the trap. A zero from us.

I ordered 4, 1 of them does not work i went on the site to return it and the email they have listed in support can not be found. So I can not get a return label.

Honestly, this thing has sat in my kitchen for almost a week and hasn't caught a single fly. I have seen flies actually land on the unit, and nothing happens.

The fan stopped working. It barely caught anything. Unfortunately, for me a waste of money.

Don’t waste money on this gimmick. This “Fly eliminator” is marketed as a fly trap and does not trap regular flies. It is so cheap and the fan is so weak that it can only suck in the tiniest little insects — like gnats, not house flies or even fruit flies. After two weeks it never caught one insect inside my house. I finally put it on the back porch and it caught insects so small, that they were like dots on the sticky card inserts. Total waste. It is super cheaply made — worth maybe $3.00 and is marketed at nearly $40!! I bought 2 and wasted over $80!!

Was not what I was expecting and the fans didn't work.

I have read requesting a refund on the sticky pass that I never received and want to return the flyminators because they did not work

Not a fan. In a very fly-busy area, it captured only one fly over a 48 hour period. Seeking another solution that works more effectively.

These things do not work! They have no suction for flies at all, they're cheaply made and they do not trap anything at all...not even fruit flies (knats). I have been trying to get a refund for a week or so now and cannot get ahold of anyone! I want to send these back and I want my money back.

My experience with the flyminator has unfortunately been horrible. I bought this product under the thought that it’d help with my fly and gnat issue in my home. I come to find out after using it for about a week I’ve barely caught anything in either of the 3 that I bought and placed around my house. I’ve caught ZERO flies and maybe around 10 gnats, keep in mind I have ALLOT of flies and gnats around my house right now due to the heat, trash and kids leaving the doors open. With this in mind I’m VERY disappointed in this product because even with the amount of creepy fliers I have around it’s still not managing to catch them even at night when it’s dark and the only light on is the flyminator LED. If there was a way to be refunded I’d request instantly and return the products. However the email provided in the contact doesn’t work and Gmail notifies me it doesn’t exist.

It works. Think it cost more than it's worth. Still have gnats.

If I could give a lower rating I would, we were having problems at the office with fruit fly's so I order this product. I tried to contact the company by email but it was never returned & I then left a message but I have never heard back from anyone.

This is the cheapest plastic item I've ever seen. It was warped so the 2 ends could barely connect. The suction fan doesn't even work. Not worth $40, and that was a sale price. I think I got a knock off item.

Gnats had invaded! The devices helped me to quickly clear them out!

The fly catcher looked like it was previously used. It did not look brand new. It is also somewhat noisy.

Worked for two weeks. Fan no longer runs. Have tried everything.

I gave it 4 out of 5 because the USB power cable is hard-wired to the trap, the cable isn't very long, and there was no power brick to plug in the device. With that being said, I have had this on for the past couple of weeks and it's doing the job of catching gnats and fruit flies. Will be a great product with some design tweaks.

These did not work at all. I have gnats flying all around and none are attracted to these devices. I have not caught any after 3 weeks.

Not very effective because it is supposed to be dark for the bugs to be attracted to it. So basically not usefull during the day.
