I emailed support 2 weeks ago about returning it and have not heard back from them. The product was probably fine, but it ended up not being what I needed. The lack of response from customer service is dissapointing and a reason I'd recommend not buying this product.

The product does a great job. The bugs stick to the sticky pad with ease. Cons: it is a little bit noisy in quiet areas and the fan stopped working within a few weeks.

My product arrived looking as though it had been used. I left it on for several hours and it caught only one fruit fly. There were several in the area. It did not come with a charger, only the cord. I am very disappointed.

They do not work. I have tried many times to get intouch with any one in your company and no one has answer my calls, texts or e-mails. I would like to return them and get my money back but it seems imposible! Very disappointed!! Plus you also charge me for some sticky pads that I never order and never recived! Scam!!

I stupidly had the wrong mailing address in G-Pay which I rarely use but decided to in this instance and the package was delivered to the wrong address. The address should match my billing. I am sure you are thinking well that does not warrant a one star review of our product and you would be correct. I have emailed your support team about this now twice (10/9/2024 and 10/26/2024) and have yet to receive a reply. So the one lonely star is a result of basically no customer service. I will add that I understand that there might have been nothing you could do to assist but an acknowledgement of my attempts to contact you with a "Sorry but there is nothing we can do" would have been more welcoming than silence.

Honestly disappointed in the product but feels cheaply made. The fan is noisy and gets louder the longer it runs the lights flicker and give out after a couple hours. All within 24 hours of receiving this product.

This product does not work and is designed poorly. The fan produces too little air current to draw insects in. The sticky paper is too small and far away from the top of the unit where insects are supposed to enter. Insects fly around the unit, but don't enter it.

Sent you an email. After 1 week, running 2 full time in my kitchen, no fruit flies. After 2 weeks, 1 fruit fly in one machine and 2 in the other. They are still flying all around. Huge waste of money. I bought 5 thinking this might solve the problem. Big mistake. False advertising unless you are supposed to put apple cider vinegar in them.

This thing is basically a cheap hand held fan in a flimsy plastic casing and a light, I opened it to find it already loaded with a sticky trap and dead bugs already stuck to it. It’s very obvious I got one that was used, it has no user manual, the charging cable wasn’t wrapped, and the unit wasn’t in plastic wrap and was all scratched up. Even if I got an unused one, I would return it.. $50 for a cheap piece of plastic? No thanks

This cute little device did not work at all. All the hopes that I had for it did not fulfill. It was like a self-fulfilling prophecy that nothing can possibly get rid of these annoying fruit flies inside my home.

Online it says this works for Gnats, the packaging and instructions only mention mosquitos. It didn't work on gnats.

First I had to take out a case in Paypal because it was never shipped. I had previously emailed the company but received no response. I was very disappointed when it finally arrived. It makes too much noise to keep on when I am around and my plug in fly trapper works better than this. After three days, no flies caught.

Didn't catch but 3 gnats in 2 weeks!

I gave it 4 out of 5 because the USB power cable is hard-wired to the trap, the cable isn't very long, and there was no power brick to plug in the device. With that being said, I have had this on for the past couple of weeks and it's doing the job of catching gnats and fruit flies. Will be a great product with some design tweaks.

I ordered on Sept 15, 2024 and received it on Sept 27, 2024. I opened the package and the box was torn like someone had already opened it and all of the parts are dirty like it had been used. I've contacted flyminator twice first on the 27th of September when I received the product and the other the 6th of October and still have not received anything back.

Horrible! Only got 2 thirds of my order, no charger, and it's only adaptable to a c type charger. The product was cheaply made....definitely not worth the money

Don't believe the reviews they must be computer generated. I ordered 2 plus extra sticky pads never Recieved the extra pads. One fan motor was making noise from day one the other started 2 weeks later. Tried contacting them to no avail. Cheap made garbage. I've never taken the time to write a negative review of anything but this was justified.

Terrible. It didn't work at all. Reached out to the company, they said to send photos of the box and flyminator that clearly didn't work, because I sent a photo of it plugged in. The customer service still has not gotten back to me and it's been days now. I sent several emails with the requested info and photo and this company never got back for a refund.

I have a huge problem with fruit flies but this caught everything but. It's a great item for your standard flying insects, but the fruit flies don't seem to be attracted to the light like the other do. Had to go back to the ole Apple Cider and Vinegar traps.

I do love the product. But I can't stop the thought of this was a scam for the price. I would have expected it to be a bit better made. As it I wouldn't sell it for more than 20 and that would be even pushing it. Nice design but cheaply made.

The flyminator gives off a strong odor when I use it. It smells like the motor is burning up. I'm almost afraid to let it run unattended. I'd like to return it. Please let me know how to return it.

I haven't tried it yet because it doesn't have a plugin to a wall socket. It has a wider than usual ucb plug that I don't have anything to plug it into. I need an adapter of some kind that would allow me to plug it into a wall socket

Ran the unit for 4 days on the kitchen counter and it didn't trap a single gnat. The window sticky traps have caught nearly 80 to 100 and are placed 2 feet and 8 feet away. Quite disappointed.
