This is the third time I have responded to this question and no one ever gets back to me. I purchased 5 traps to het rid of fruit flies. In two weeks I have caught about 5 total. Complete waste of money. They do not work. False advertising!

Purchased 5 of these. Have two running in kitchen for two weeks now and only have 3 fruit flies in one trap and two in the other. Fruit flies still flying all over. Is there a catch to the operation of these? There is a sticky paper in bottom of each but nothing to attract the insects. Never caught a fly. Really unhappy. Thought this was my answer to a problem. Waste of money!

Absolutely terrible. Not a single fly killed. Been emailing constantly trying to get reimbursed but no one has responded to any of my emails. Definitely a waste of 86 bucks. Customer service 0 out of 10. Product productivity 0 out of 10.

I ordered two units and both do not work. They are not as pictured and not what I expected. They are cheap and made out of plastic. I was hoping they were better quality for what these cost. I sent the company an email because I couldn’t find a customer service phone number. I have yet to hear back from them. These need to be set back.

Insanely cheap product. I don't mean price wise. I mean quality wise. This thing comes with a very short usb cord and that's it. It advertised it was good for gnats but when I got it everything in the pamphlets talked about mosquitoes. I'm very disappointed. The product definitely wasn't worth the price. I ordered 3 and only got two. Used one and it didn't work the other one is still in the box....never used

DO NOT BUY, this is a scam! First off, the 3 day shipping took over a week to receive, secondly the product wouldn’t even turn on when I received it. Now, I’ve email their customer service 3 times with no response regarding returning this product and they don’t list a phone number for contact. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Has not caught or trapped one no see um. They have continued to irratate, sting, and bite. We have two units set up in a small house. We rotated the areas, darkened the rooms, and left no food or drink for them to eat. Would not recommend this flyminator. A refund would be in order. Also a 120 volt plug in with a low voltage adapter with usb would have been more consumer friendly. Bob Gee
