These are super cheap made, the fan is loud and ineffective and the power cord is only a foot long so forget plugging it in any where that’s actually convenient. Secondly, if you try to contact the support email it just gets returned, so the 30 day guarantee might be true but you can’t get a hold of them to make a return. Sad I bought them.

This will be very strange, but true. I received the package about a week or so ago. I placed it on the steps to go up to the kitchen where all the fruit flies were swarming every day. The next day I removed the corrugated cardboard packaging and set the Flyminator in its blue box on a table in the kitchen to install later in the day. To my astonishment the fruit fly population disappeared over 90%! I decided to wait to see if they would return, and they haven't. Could the fruit flies know that a Flyminator was in the blue box?

I bought 3 of them and they worked well for about a week and a half and the fan motors on all three of them stopped spinning. I took all of them apart and lubed the motor shafts with 3 in 1 oil. They have been spinning for about a day now so far without locking up.
Also it would be nice if a charging block came with the purchase!
