Didn’t work

I purchased one of these based on customer reviews. The order came two weeks late I tried to cancel it multiple times when it finally got delivered it was poor quality junk maybe and a half pounds at most. It was missing the sticky chops that I paid extra for this trying to refund it three times via email with no response. I plugged it in because I have several mosquitoes all over my front patio did not catch one mosquito or bug. It is complete junk and don’t hold your breath for your money back guarantee because nobody from this company won’t respond to in the middle of trying to dispute it with my bank. I paid $80 for garbage.
